I Recommend it if you like honey mustard and chilli sauces. Makes a great pizza dip instead of using honey mustard. Psycho Juice - Mustard Ghost Pepper (6/10 heat level) Similar heat level to Dave’s Gourmet Ghost Pepper Sauce but a lot slower building heat. When a company that’s called Psycho Juice say something is extreme they really mean it. Psycho Juice - Extreme Ghost Pepper (8/10 heat level) Not overly garlicy incase your worried about that. Psycho Juice - Roasted Garlic Ghost Pepper (7/10 heat level)įull of flavour and nice chunky thick sauce. However it works in a sauce to add complexity to the base. It’s not for me since there’s roasted onions in it. Psycho Juice - Chipotle Ghost Pepper (7/10 heat level) One of my favourite sauces for flavouring. Psycho Juice 70% - Red Savina (5/10 heat level) ![]() However it adds lovely pepper flavour to any sauce base just a shame it’s not sold in larger quantities and cheaper. I use this one too quickly to warrant buying it all the time. Psycho Juice - 70% Habanero (4/10 heat level)ĭecent flavour but lacks in heat. (Not an endorsement just really good, really HOT sauce).Ham radio, Programming, Networks, Electronics, FOSS, GNU/Linux, Trance and Ale. For those connoisseurs that want heat, but not looking for diluted extracts in a small batch recipe, try this. I can' t say I' ve had better flavor followed by that much punch (It Hurts). Hello, As a Chili guy I did a teaspoon of Torchbearer Garlic Reaper and it was amazing. ![]() It would be nice in a marinara, given the garlic. YMMV of course, but all-in-all I' d recommend it as a general pairing for most meals involving a combination of starch and dairy to spice the meal up a little. Not too hot, although it will certainly let you know it' s there-but assertively garlic-y. I especially like it liberally on homemade nachos. It has that lovely mix of garlic and sting that makes it a natural pairing with savory dishes involving dairy and starches. I' ve put it on all sorts of food so far, from pizza and pasta to Mexican and Tex-mex. I can' t seem to get enough of this sauce. I’ve gone through 20% of the bottle in 1 week. Overall, I would give this sauce around a seven out of a possible ten points. I' ve made a point of trying some of the hottest sauces available, and this one, while not being overly hot, definitely stands out for it' s heat. As the sauce swirls around your taste buds, you get the wonderful secondary flavors of lime and mustard. Those who are seeking a heavier garlic taste won' t be disappointed, as the first taste is garlic, followed by the smoky, piquant flavor of the Carolina Reaper pepper. The heat comes out strong with the first bite, and lingers for around a minute. I like that, despite being a vinegar sauce, I can' t taste the vinegar.
